Marine Corps Base Quantico - Shred sheds are company-assigned fitness equipment facilities issued through an ECR for the duration of a BOC company’s training cycle. They are intended for individual and unit PT use by the assigned company only, with accountability maintained by the Human Performance (HP) team. Pavilions are shared PT spaces managed by the HP team for individual and unit-level training. They are open Monday through Friday from 0530 to 2200, with scheduling coordinated through the HP team to prevent conflicts and support HP-led PT events.
